Hello gentle readers, and welcome to the SwitchArcade Round-Up for July 31st, 2019. I managed to spend half of my birthday sick in bed, but I got a sweet birthday cake from my wife and some nice Spider-Man loot, so it’s hard to be upset. In today’s article, we’ve got a review of the recent shoot-em-up release Pawarumi , summaries of today’s trio of new releases, some tasty news bits, and a bunch of cool sales to dig into. It’s time for another SwitchArcade Special, and that means we’ve got another batch of our favorite Nintendo Switch games for you to check out. This time around, we’re looking at the 2D platformer. If you’ve not kept up with the recent happenings on the site in the world of Steam Deck, read my 5/5 Steam Deck review of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth and Tekken 8 in progress review covering the Steam Deck version. This week sees some notable new releases, release date announcements, trailers, and also a decent amount of Verified games. For some reason, this month and the first week of February are both very crowded specifically for games I was looking forward to playing in 2024. Let’s get into the news first. News The highlights of this week are both Tekken 8 and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth having launched together today. It is funny looking back at the announcements of both games because I feel like both were revealed in the same month properly, and they are out on the same day. I love both games and already put over a 100 hours into Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, and still have at least 50 hours worth of st...
