‘Valleys Between’ Now Available Worldwide on iOS After a Soft Launch

It isn’t often that a premium game has a soft launch but the beautiful Valleys Between ($2.99) from Little Lost Fox did just that when it soft launched on the New Zealand App Store earlier this month. While it missed the cut off (time wise) for Jared’s roundup last night, Valleys Between is finally available worldwide on the App Store. Watch the gorgeous trailer for it below:

Valleys Between has hexagonal grids accompanied by visuals above that remind me of Alto’s Adventure that are wallpaper worthy. Your aim is to solve puzzles through gestures in a similar way to Triple Town to continue for as many in game years as you can. Each day in the year has its own challenges with weather and it feels like a nice zen experience.

That is quite a headline, but, Franz is the kind of gaming experience that can’t be easily summarized. ‘Dragon Quest Champions’ Releases Tomorrow in Japan on iOS and Android, Pre-Download Now Available

Earlier this year, Square Enix announced Dragon Quest Champions for iOS and Android made in collaboration with Koei Tecmo. With service beginning for the game tomorrow in Japan, Square Enix has begun pre-downloads on the App Store and Google Play. While Koei Tecmo has worked with Square Enix on the Dragon Quest Heroes action RPGs in the past for console and PC, this is a new mobile RPG, and the first big Dragon Quest mobile release since Dragon Quest Builders . Dragon Quest Champions will feature solo and multiplayer mode. Watch the new Dragon Quest Champions mobile trailer below: As of this writing, a localization hasn’t been announced.
