Feral Interactive’s ‘Tropico’ Is Finally Available on iPhone with a Few Other Nifty Features That Have Just Released through a Free Update to the iPad Version

Tropico ($11.99) from Feral Interactive finally hit the App Store a little while ago and it is a fully premium release with no in app purchases. The port on iPad is pretty great and today, it finally arrives for iPhone. Feral Interactive showed the iPhone version off in some gameplay videos and this update has arrived with version 1.2.1 on the App Store:

After confirming the release date, Feral Interactive also announced the supported devices list which I wrote about here. The requirements haven’t really changed and you still need 3GB of free space. The supported devices on the iPhone side of things are the iPhone SE, iPhone 6S/6S Plus, iPhone 7/7 Plus, iPhone 8/8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XS/ XS Max, and the iPhone XR. The update also adds a screenshot mode that lets you disable the HUD and some more tweaks including the ability to closely watch up to 12 citizens.

If you haven’t picked it up yet, get Tropico on the App Store for iPad right now. You can check out our forum thread for it here for more discussion around the port and the newly released iPhone version. Are you planning on stepping into the shoes of El Presidente on the go on iPhone or have you already been enjoying it on iPad?
