‘Tales of Luminaria’ Release Date Announced for iOS and Android, Pre-Orders and Pre-Registrations Now Live

Late last month, Bandai Namco Entertainment’s Tales of Luminaria for iOS and Android had pre-orders and pre-registrations go live. The game was originally announced at Gamescom 2021 Opening Night Live. Tales of Luminaria has 21 protagonists and it features 3D seamless action RPG gameplay with excellent music going by the trailers so far. Each protagonist has a different story taking place during the conflict between different sides of the world with a stylish aesthetic. Today, Bandai Namco Entertainment announced the official Tales of Luminaria release date for iOS and Android for both the Japanese and global releases. Both versions will release within a day of each other. Check out the Tales of Luminaria boss theme song below:

Tales of Luminaria releases on November 4th globally for iOS and Android. It is free to play with in app purchases. The App Store page mentions different PB Stone purchases and a Noble Pass (likely a paid subscription). These in app purchases “can enhance gameplay and speed up progress" according to the store page. If you’d like to check the game out, you can pre-order Tales of Luminaria on the App Store for iOS here and pre-register for it on Google Play for Android here. An anime adaptation of Tales of Luminaria has also been announced. Check out the official website here. I’m interested to see if it gets collaborations with Tales of Arise given how successful the launch has been on consoles and PC with over 1.5 million sold. ‘Dragon Quest Champions’ Releases Tomorrow in Japan on iOS and Android, Pre-Download Now Available

Earlier this year, Square Enix announced Dragon Quest Champions for iOS and Android made in collaboration with Koei Tecmo. With service beginning for the game tomorrow in Japan, Square Enix has begun pre-downloads on the App Store and Google Play. While Koei Tecmo has worked with Square Enix on the Dragon Quest Heroes action RPGs in the past for console and PC, this is a new mobile RPG, and the first big Dragon Quest mobile release since Dragon Quest Builders . Dragon Quest Champions will feature solo and multiplayer mode. Watch the new Dragon Quest Champions mobile trailer below: As of this writing, a localization hasn’t been announced.
